Bloom Testing was founded by Dr. Dawn Bloom, whose compassionate care and clinical excellence made a lasting impact in the community. Today, her work continues through Dr. Kimberly Hinman, who leads the practice with deep respect for Dr. Bloom’s legacy and a shared commitment to client-centered care.
All evaluations at Bloom Testing are completed by Dr. Kimberly Hinman, a licensed psychologist specializing in neuropsychological and educational assessments. Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Hinman earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University after graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She relocated to the Kansas City area in 2020 and has since built strong connections within the local medical and educational communities.
Dr. Hinman uses research-backed tools and a collaborative approach to provide clear, individualized recommendations that help clients thrive at home, at school, and in life. Whether you’re seeking answers about learning differences, memory concerns, or developmental challenges, you’ll find compassionate care and clinical expertise at Bloom Testing.
